In this pamphlet you'll find descriptions of:

Caps, including three pattern plates;
Collars, with a plate containing four collars;
Tips on dressmaking with a pattern for a bodice and two types of sleeves;
Plus three plates of frill and flounce embellishment patterns.Most of the plates were originally printed in 1826, but the dress pattern plate was printed in 1836.

The pages are selections of text (retyped for clarity) and eight plates chosen from a dictionary-like book published in 1837.
